Integrated living is a multi faceted approach that works on the principle that we need to keep the different aspects of our lives in balance. It recognized that the mind, body, spirit are interconnected and that stresses and dis-ease within the body and energy system can create illness. If something is out of balance then symptoms will exist, it is the bodies way of telling us that it simply cannot cope.

In order to reach optimum health and vitality we need to look at the complete picture and treat holistically. Every person is different, and what works for one may not work for another. We therefore create an individual program that integrates an array of medicines and approaches to enable the most effective correction of imbalances at all levels.

We first identify the underlying cause, then create the optimum environment for healing to take place, giving the body the tools its needs to heal itself. By bringing about an increased level of consciousness and self-understanding within the patient and encouraging them to take responsibility of their health, the patient is then able to begin the process of self-healing. Once this happens, everything is possible.
